As a professional therapist, I offer a non-judgemental space to process life's toughest moments. We will explore your inner conflict and navigate past and present experiences that may be working to keep you feeling stuck.

And who knows...something might click and you may find yourself leaving a little lighter than when you came in.

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of most situations, we can take control of how we interpret & respond.

Why navigate hardship alone?

Counselling can help you find clarity, balance & emotional integrity, even in the most uncertain of times.
We live in a fast-paced, ever changing world, where sacred spaces for thinking are limited. Therapy can give you the time & space needed to grieve, heal, ponder and reflect.

Give yourself the gift of self exploration.

Individual counselling can help you achieve unresolved goals, or work through personal or inter-personal challenges. We can work on identifying emotional and cognitive barriers that get in the way of the life you desire.

Individual Counselling
“One of the most powerful ways for people not to feel deeply alone is for them to feel listened to.”
—Esther Perel

Whether you're struggling to communicate with an intimate partner or navigating tricky family dynamics, relationship counselling can provide you with the tools & insights needed to have healthy, fulfilling connections.

Relationship counselling works by creating in-roads of understanding and trust, building on already existing foundations of love that may have gotten lost along the way.

Discover your ability to have healthy conflict.

Together we can figure out historical patterns you want to uncover & unlearn to find more adaptive ways to express feelings & needs.
More often than not, the source of our security & love is also the source of our pain.

Lets figure out why.

With an M.A in Counselling Psychology and B.A in Criminology and Socio-Legal Studies, it's safe to say I take a keen interest in human behaviour. My education in Counselling Psychology gave me the tools to look into the many facets of emotion, cognition, trauma, social systems and psychological underpinnings that guide our behaviour. Now, a decade into learning and working in the realm of mental health, I believe I have an awareness of human development that is not just grounded in science and research—but spoken experience.

Before starting my own clinical practice, I gained knowledge working in residential treatment for substance abuse, and in non-profit outreach with teens and families. It is within the above fields that I began working with a wide range of clients using the framework of Family Systems and Attachment. I am a trained Emotion Focused counsellor, but bring in a variety of cognitive and somatic approaches.

Areas that are commonplace in my practice are concepts around identity/purpose, life transitions, mens related concerns, family dynamics, intimacy & connection, navigating overpowering emotions and all relational issues that surround communication.

I value the therapeutic relationship more than anything and believe real change can only happen with trust, a little laughter and lots of vulnerability.
